More than one opportunity exists at this level, as we are currently recruiting into both fashion and home areas. Whichever your product category, you’ll drive the success of one of the biggest business areas, maximising profits through outstanding leadership and exceptional customer service.
Responsible for a large turnover, you’ll inspire and lead a team of two Sales Managers and 16 Department Managers as well as a number of concessions. Identifying areas and opportunities for improvement, you’ll manage P&L and drive the business forward by working closely with Buying & Merchandising and other functions across the business. You’ll know exactly how to set the direction required to enable great performance and you’ll develop and encourage the same commercial focus in your managers.
With proven leadership skills gained in a similar role, you’ll have experience of managing a large team, ideally gained in a luxury retail environment. Your focus on service will mean you’re passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and you’ll know exactly how to raise the bar when it comes to keeping us one step ahead.
