At Luxury Recruit, we value and appreciate your recommendations of professionals who may be seeking new opportunities. As a token of our gratitude, we’ve designed a referral scheme to reward your efforts. Here’s how it works:

Referral Process: If you know someone suitable for a position, you can refer them to us through one of the following methods:

1. Direct Contact: Reach out to us directly with your referral’s details. We’ll take it from there, reaching out to your contact via phone and/or email. Please ensure you have their permission before sharing their information.
2. Social Sharing: Share any of our live job openings using the social sharing buttons located at the bottom of each listing on our website. You can share via LinkedIn, Facebook, or email.

Referral Incentive: Upon successful placement of your referred candidate into a permanent role, you’ll receive a £100 referral fee as our way of expressing gratitude. Here are the terms and conditions for eligibility:

• The incentive is applicable only for referred candidates placed into permanent roles.
• The referral fee will be issued once Luxury Recruit receives full payment from the client/firm where the referred candidate is placed, and after the agreed-upon rebate period has elapsed (typically 5 weeks from the start date).
• The referred candidate must not have been previously known to Luxury Recruit.
• In case of any disputes, Luxury Recruit’s decision will be final.
• If multiple referrers introduce the same candidate, the referral will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Referrers cannot recommend themselves as referred candidates.
• The scheme is not open to employees of Luxury Recruit, their friends, or family members.
