Role Summary:

The Vice President of International e-Commerce, a key role managed by Luxury Recruit, will act as a strategic partner in driving the global e-commerce agenda. This position entails a broad mandate to oversee and propel the growth and development of our client’s e-commerce platforms worldwide. The successful candidate will play a critical role in amplifying the brand’s digital footprint, with a focus on digital growth, enhancing the customer experience, maintaining brand equity, and ensuring a competitive stance in the global e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive international e-commerce strategy to drive growth across all key markets, including APAC, France, North America, and Europe. Evaluate and optimize platform presence, including Tmall, WeChat Store,, and other relevant international platforms.
  • International Operations Management: Oversee the operational aspects of our e-commerce business across different regions, ensuring alignment with local market trends, regulatory compliance, and logistical efficiencies.
  • Unified Customer Experience: Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all global platforms. Collaborate with regional teams to align online and offline touchpoints, tailoring strategies to meet diverse customer needs and preferences.
  • Brand Consistency and Localization: Work closely with the global headquarters to maintain brand integrity, while adapting marketing and product offerings to meet local tastes and preferences in each market.
  • Competitive Analysis and Market Adaptability: Continuously monitor global e-commerce trends and competitor strategies. Adapt and innovate to maintain a competitive edge in each market, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.


  • University degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • At least 12 years of robust experience in e-commerce, with significant exposure to international markets, particularly in APAC, France, North America, and Europe.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex international operations, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural business practices.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced and changing global market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in additional languages relevant to key markets is highly desirable.
  • A proactive leader with a track record of driving digital innovation and growth on a global scale.
