Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned High Jewellery Sales Manager / Director to join our retail boutique team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in the luxury jewellery sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving million-pound sales, fostering client relationships, and expanding our prestigious clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate annual sales in excess of £million through high jewellery sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, offering personalized and exclusive services.
  • Conduct private client appointments and attend exhibitions, both locally and internationally, to showcase our exquisite collections.
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide bespoke jewellery solutions that meet the exacting standards of our clients.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a luxurious experience that aligns with our brand’s reputation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury jewellery market.
  • Experience Required: Candidates must have prior experience working with renowned high-end jewelry and diamond brands, including but not limited to Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Harry Winston, Bulgari, Graff Diamonds, Chopard, Piaget, Boucheron, David Morris, Mikimoto, and De Beers, demonstrating an exceptional track record in luxury jewelry design and craftsmanship.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving million-pound sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, and high jewellery craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel for client appointments and exhibitions as required.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
