About the Role

We are seeking a talented Hospitality Carpet & Textile Designer to join a specialist team dedicated to creating bespoke solutions for the hospitality sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where commercial design, creative innovation, and client collaboration come together.

You will work closely with London’s architecture and design community, translating conceptual ideas and mood boards into commercial carpet and textile designs for high-profile hospitality projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Transform conceptual ideas and mood boards into innovative, commercially focused carpet and textile designs for hospitality interiors.

  • Collaborate directly with interior designers, architects, and procurement professionals to deliver bespoke solutions.

  • Present design proposals and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and technical developments within hospitality and interior textiles.

  • Support the manufacturing process by ensuring designs are both creative and practical for production.

  • Ensure all design work upholds the company’s high standards for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in carpet, textile, or interiors design—experience in the hospitality sector preferred.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and commercial awareness.

  • Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and hand-sketching abilities.

  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Based in the Greater London area, with the capacity for remote work and occasional in-person meetings.
