Luxury Recruit are recruiting for several Sales & Senior Sales Consultants for a number of our clients across Central London location across several functions in luxury fashion, bridal, couture & homeware, and interiors. The role requires impeccable presentation and confidence in delivering world-class customer service. This is a retail sales role with a global client base. A passion for timeless classics with knowledge of modern aesthetic is essential to succeed in this role. Having a secondary language such as Mandarin, Arabic or Russian is also desired but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned sales budgets, KPIs and objectives set by the Manager
- Management of own pipeline, with consistent measured follow up, reporting updates daily, in morning meeting
- Deliver retail experience consistently through excellent customer experience, via room planning, follow up and 5 senses.
- Complete understanding and execution of product knowledge and inspiring product demonstration like an expert and as per defined guidelines on demonstration techniques, and product training
- Accurately process customer orders by ensuring personalised service including order follow-ups, updates or complaint handling, building up long lasting business relationships with customers, colleagues and manager with 100% effort
- Handle any customer complaints/returns and provide timely solutions and regular follow-ups and updates. · Update and instil own learning, with tools provided – extranet, tear sheets, boarding school book
- Ensure the shop display is maintained and executed as per guidelines · Understand and facilitate all operational functions of the company’s POS system
- Grow the CRM database
- Attend training meetings; boarding school and seminars as required and instructed by the Store Manager
- Support team members in any way that is required to ensure that the team delivers excellent results
Essential Skills
- At least 1-2 years’ sales experience in luxury retail / hospitality / service organization.
- Passionate to achieve results and grow sales
- Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize own time well to maximize effectiveness
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication skills with a sense of personal presentation and grooming, consistent with company style guide
- Outstanding written and spoken English, and other languages are an advantage
- Computer literate, confident with Microsoft package
