About the Role:
Luxury Recruit is working exclusively with a super-prime real estate developer that is launching a strategy consulting business aimed at advising High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on their personal lives. We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager who has experience placing strategy consultants for top-tier consulting firms or working in internal talent acquisition for banks or consulting firms. This is a specialized role focused on corporate professionals in Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital (VC), Private Wealth Management, and other high-value consulting roles. Candidates with an IT or Tech background will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the consulting world and experience placing senior talent for firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, or have worked in a similar corporate recruitment capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placing high-impact strategy consultants and advisors for the new consulting division.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with top-tier professionals in the consulting, private wealth, and financial services sectors. Focus on candidates from strategy consulting firms or those with strategic advisory backgrounds.
- Industry Networking: Leverage your existing network within the strategy consulting and financial services industries to build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with senior management to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the new consulting business’s goals.
- Candidate Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of candidates who align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Employer Branding: Represent and promote the new consulting division, building its reputation as an elite service provider for HNWIs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment for strategy consulting roles or as an internal talent acquisition professional for a consulting firm or bank. Candidates with experience in IT or Tech recruitment will not be considered.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment within Strategy Consulting, VC, and Private Wealth Management sectors.
- Strong Network: A well-established network of professionals in the consulting and advisory sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment projects simultaneously, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
