Role Description:
We are seeking an Executive Search Associate & Executive Assistant to the Group CEO to join our team. This role is more than just an EA position—it will involve a strong focus on delivery and project managing executive search assignments. You will play a key role in supporting the CEO while actively contributing to the success of high-level search projects.
This is a full-time position based in London, with some flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of executive search assignments, ensuring timely and successful outcomes for clients.
- Research & Candidate Identification: Conduct detailed market research to identify top talent and support candidate sourcing across industries.
- Client & Candidate Interaction: Act as a liaison, maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Process Coordination: Manage the end-to-end search process, from client briefings to candidate placements.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level executive assistance to the Group CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence.
- Report & Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and client use.
- Database Management: Maintain and update internal CRM systems with accurate and detailed information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field, with a focus on delivery and project management.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector or consumer industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
