About the Role

Luxury Recruit is exclusively engaged on this search for an International Client Relationship Manager and High Jewellery Grand Vendeur for a prestigious high-end jewelry brand. This role is showroom-based in Bond Street, requiring an experienced professional adept at working in a retail showroom environment and catering to an elite clientele.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-value jewelry sales, a portfolio of established UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients, and the ability to travel internationally as needed. Candidates from similar luxury brands such as GRAFF, Harry Winston, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, or comparable maisons will be given priority.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Development

  • Drive high-value sales by presenting the brand’s exceptional pieces to UHNW clients in the showroom and during private events or international appointments.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective UHNW clients, ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience.
  • Proactively identify and engage new clients through exclusive events, referrals, and bespoke client engagement strategies.

Showroom Operations

  • Represent the brand as a trusted advisor and ambassador in the showroom, delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest collections, bespoke creations, and rare gemstones by collaborating with the design and production teams.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with complementary luxury sectors such as private banks, concierge services, and auction houses.
  • Develop and execute innovative approaches to enhance client loyalty and drive business growth.

Market Knowledge & Travel

  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to support business development strategies.
  • Be prepared to travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and showcase collections internationally.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in high-end jewelry or comparable luxury sectors.
  • Experience in a showroom or retail environment for leading brands such as GRAFF, Harry Winston, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, or similar.
  • Established network of UHNW clients and a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Expertise in gemstones and bespoke jewelry; a gemology certificate (e.g., GIA, FGA) is highly desirable.
