Luxury Recruit are looking for a Head of Social + Digital / Senior Account Director profile to join an award-winning Social Media marketing agency. This is a rare opportunity to shape their Client Services’ team, build upon processes and be involved in the nitty-gritty of the day-to-day.

  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of client accounts and making sure they’re looked after effectively
  • Managing between 2-4 client accounts, your workload and the Account Management team
  • Reporting directly to the Founder on the progress of accounts within the Accounts team
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and significant trends shaping their market/s
  • Keeping on top of new developments in the social industry and applying these to client strategies
  • Working across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok
  • Analysing data and producing insightful commentary for our clients by explaining the ‘why’ and the ‘what next’
  • Delivering varying work from campaign planning and strategy to reporting
  • Writing creative and campaign briefs and supporting new business with responses to briefs and tenders
  • Proactively identifying where opportunities lie for the agency to serve their clients better


  • Social expert –capable of having confident conversations around paid advertising with internal teams and clients is part of your day-to-day
  • You also have significant experience of briefing creative teams and have that ‘eye’ for content
  • Experience leading Account Management teams and helping them to deliver projects
  • An ability to upskill and develop others around you and build teams
  • Client facing and skilled at imparting valuable insights to client and implementing an effective strategy
  • In depth understanding and ability to provide detailed insight / recommendations to improve performance based on analytics
  • A level-headed people person who will bring a sense of calm to clients whilst also bringing confidence and expertise to deal with other partners
