As part of the commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for executing brand strategy and company vision, supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Department is ambitious and motivated to maximise our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, tracking sales, and producing reports. The Team is essential to influencing a wide variety of stakeholders internally and externally to deliver sales excellence.

As Head of Sales, you are responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department for your assigned division and accounts. Your duties include to garner new business opportunities Globally. Expand the scope, growth, and clientele of the company. Develop creative measures to increase client portfolios as well as maintain current client retention.

Additionally, the Head of Sales will be expected to develop, review, and implement new business strategies. Create new business relationships, prepare financial reports and forecasts. Acquire more business acumen through research, and analysis of the industry and developments, as well as assist in presenting new business proposals. You are responsible for championing our brand strategy and have your finger on the pulse of customer trends and the wider business, using feedback and experience to positively influence the organization.


The Head of Sales is expected to have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal customer service and communication skills

The Head of Sales responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned regions, territories, and channels
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
  • Drive and support opportunities identified by regions, prospect new partnerships and opportunities to expand in existing territories and new global markets
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them
  • Implement sales programs and action plans based on the needs of the business and company objectives and goals
  • Promote company products and services
  • Work closely with Education department to develop sales training programs
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Continually assess and monitor current business distribution channels, develop, and evaluate their performance and manage challenges ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Prepare reporting as needed
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs


  • Minimum 10+ years of experience is essential
  • Previous industry experience is a priority managing high volume and growth expectation
  • Portfolio of partners and distributors in the global marketplace
  • 4-Year Degree or equivalent; or several years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Capacity to work in a complex, high entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and build relationships
  • Results oriented
  • Successful track record managing teams, achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Creativity & Business Building Skills ‘ demonstrated ability to identify and develop key business needs of varying customers
  • Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in medical skin care and cosmetic procedure market
  • Ability to travel throughout the region up to 30% of the time (locally, regionally, and nationally when needed), including overnight travel
