Flagship Director – Place Vendôme, High Jewellery

Luxury Recruit is working exclusively together with a global fine & high-end Jewellery brand to recruit a Boutique Store Director for an amazing new flagship store opening in Paris, this Summer. We are looking to recruit proven retail manager with ambition, drive and passion for luxury retail. You will be working in a true luxury retail sales store and contribute to its success and growth with the right standards of service excellence.


  • Reporting to the Country Director, the Director will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, insuring sales performance, profitability, Brand recognition, team development, superior customer service and customer database building and development.
  • Position based in France, Paris – Place Vendôme.


  • Achieves monthly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the Country Director
  • Sets monthly objectives for all Sales Associate and motivates the team on a daily basis
  • Completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs
  • Is responsible for the overall training and development of Sales Associates and reviews their performances (coaching, one to one)
  • Holds briefings to insure consistent communication and information level
  • Upholds company’s customer service standards
  • Is responsible for developing the customer database, recruit new clients and build loyalty with repeaters
  • Proposes local activation opportunities and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure, increase traffic and boost sales
  • Manages Boutique Stock, reviews stock levels and communicates product needs
  • Is responsible for the Boutique administration (cash flow, shipments, repairs, security)
  • Insures team understanding and adherence to Maison policies and procedures
  • Insures that all visual directives are respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, team grooming)
  • Represents the Brand inside and outside of the Boutique


  • At least 6 years of team management experience in high-end retail, experience in the high Jewellery sector is mandatory
  • Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
  • Fluent English & French and or another international language
  • Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Natural leader with good interpersonal competences and empathy
  • Autonomous with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to develop a network
