E-commerce & CRM Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
Type: Permanent

Based in London, the Digital, E-commerce & CRM Manager will be responsible for increasing customer conversions and developing the our clients digital proposition for the UK, ME and Russian markets.

Reporting directly to the Global Marketing & Communications Director and managing one Global Digital & Brand Content Executive, the Digital, E-commerce & CRM Manager will effectively be taking ownership of trading the website, from devising the overall commercial strategy, to monitoring daily activity:

  • Manage the E-commerce website and work closely with internal teams to ensure that it aligns with the latest product launches and increase sales
  • Accountable for day-to-day ecommerce sales on online sales channels – oversee ecommerce sales including fulfilment of orders and client communication
  • Drive online sales growth through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI via activations and promotions
  • Update the website to support seasonal campaigns & optimization of permanent website content
  • Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimisation to maximise online profitability and conversion
  • Curate the online offering
  • Manage online visual merchandising, and optimise customer journey
  • Localise, manage & enhance content & home/landing pages
  • Maximise all opportunities to drive online sales
  • Create and manage regular email campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximise on sales
  • Manage External partners’ operations e.g., Farfetch: orders, merchandising, reporting
  • Champion digital transformation via omni-channel activations and operations
  • Weekly reporting on all activities
  • Train colleagues on ecommerce fulfilment process where required
  • Update and manage CRM accordingly with client updates
  • Work with Boutiques to ensure client data is updated and followed up alongside company GDPR policy
  • Work with Marketing team to implement and drive social media and digital marketing campaigns

To be successful in your application, you will be:

  • a versatile professional with a clear understanding of E-Commerce
  • You should possess advanced experience in using an E-Commerce platform
  • With an analytical mind, you will be able to increase E-Commerce sales by proposing a strong strategy
  • The role will suit someone used to working within small teams/family business, who will roles their sleeves up and deliver results
  • The role requires someone customer centric, understanding what will create a great digital experience and keeping the eCommerce site fresh and relevant across Desktop, Mobile and Tablet
