The Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director / Head of Customer Relationship Management to lead our sales and client relations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to exceptional, customer-focused service, particularly catering to our luxury clientele. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping strategy, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales performance within the intersection of art, technology, and luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team, ensuring ongoing professional development and enabling them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Forge and sustain long-term relationships with our clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences.

  • Event Management: Lead and participate in events and exhibitions, promoting our brand and services to high-end clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in leading a sales team, ideally within the arts, luxury goods, or related sectors.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a proficiency in client relationship management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: An in-depth understanding of luxury customer service, with a proven ability to meet diverse client needs.
  • Team Development: A track record of developing sales teams, focusing on high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes: A genuine passion for the arts and luxury goods, driven by a desire to excel in a modern, data-driven art services environment.
