About the Role:
A leading regional group with a commanding presence in the UAE luxury market is seeking an experienced CEO for their luxury lifestyle business. This is a critical leadership position tasked with overseeing the full P&L and driving strategic growth initiatives. This leader should bring deep insights into brand growth, retail expansion, GCC-wide distribution, and global luxury brand partnerships, with a distinct acumen in the perfumery and fragrance sphere.
Location: Dubai, UAE (This is a full-time role based in Dubai)
Package: Six Figure TAX Free + Relocation package
Job Objective:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the division’s Profit & Loss (Sales & Costs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full P&L oversight: Sales & Costs.
- Craft and execute strategic plans in line with company’s mission and growth objectives.
- Spearhead new initiatives and market development strategies.
- Streamline the department ensuring seamless sales, finance, and supply chain operations.
- Conceptualize growth strategies and business development activities.
- Foster business ties in both retail and wholesale markets.
- Lead revenue-generation strategies.
- Regularly evaluate financial statements and activity reports for progress evaluation.
- Amplify the company’s brand presence and reputation.
- Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and foster enduring relationships.
- Deliver monthly reports to the Group CEO and executive meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualifications: Business Degree is advantageous. Industry-specific certifications and training are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years at a similar executive level.
- Industry: Luxury Retail – Beauty or Luxury Consumer products. Fragrance industry experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English. French proficiency is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various CRMs/ERPs.
- License: UAE Driving License mandatory. Possession of a personal car is essential.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Working Hours: Standard business hours with some flexibility.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration: Regular interaction with Logistics, Stores, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
