Based in the Heart of Central London, we are recruiting for an exciting opportunity available for a Flagship Store Manager to join our clients’ ever growing, dynamic and expanding organisation. We are looking for an experienced retail professional that has solid experience in the outdoor industry.
Along with a supporting management team, the Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of day to day running, sales development, local marketing and profitability of their store. This diverse and busy role involves driving consistently excellent customer service standards in store, developing the very best store teams, managing stock, maintaining processes and delivering excellent visual standards in store. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience preferably gained within a retail environment and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with an understanding of how this drives sales and affects the bottom line. An interest in outdoor activities and or travel would also be advantageous.
