Description:
The Digital & CRM Manager is responsible for the development of my clients brand in the online world and the CRM strategy.
This includes enhancements of all website presences for the brand (including content management), digital media planning and creation of online advertising, development of clients global social media presence and coordination and assessment of targeted client communications.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
WEBSITES:
- Continually assess and develop the brand’s websites in order to increase traffic, engagement, conversions and subsequent offline sales (direct responsibility)
- Management of social responsibility website (supporting role)
- Report and recommend updates in response to detailed traffic and competitor analysis
- Action content updates for all of clients websites through the CMS
- Coordinate website translations
- Manage incumbent external web development agency
CONTENT CREATION:
- Lead online content strategy
- Monitor the online landscape and stay ahead with constant online content innovation
- Work with various third parties in order to create fresh new content (e.g. video producers, animators, music composers, CCG developers)
- Provide content to global offices and franchise partners
- Manage development of Exhibition/store assets, including video content and iPad exhibition slideshows
SOCIAL MEDIA:
- Direct strategy and write content across social media platforms to drive fan growth & engagement
- Work closely with the PR team to evaluate influencer partnership and other opportunities to drive growth
- Implement a new collaborative calendar platform to improve communication of global activities
CRM:
- Monitor CRM system and administer where necessary
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy going forward, to include both online and offline communications (eg distribution of Company magazine)
- Extract mailing lists when required
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Monitor, track and operate within the agreed yearly digital and CRM budget
Skills, experience and education requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience
- Experience of working in /passion for the high end diamond jewellery business
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A passion for digital and developing technology
- Proven fan growth on social platforms,
- Experience of managing & reporting on paid-for online campaigns
- Strong analytical ability. Google Analytics experience
- Mac and Pc literate (knowledge of Photoshop and Indesign an advantage)
