We are currently representing a growing luxury jewellery brand in London to recruit a Head of Wholesale and Non Retail, reporting to the President, EMEA. This role has a team of five direct reports.
The wholesale side of the business is embarking on an aggressive five year growth plan encompassing maximising the sales potential of existing EMEA accounts. As such, the successful applicant must be able to identify suitable sales channels within each market, including directly operated stores in mainland Europe, concessions, duty free and franchise partnerships. They must be confident in implementing an EMEA marketing strategy to ensure both short and long term profitability, undertaking regular visits to all markets and proposing launch strategies for all new product categories to each market and differing sales channels. Recruit, train and develop all direct reports and ensure a stimulating and professional working environment throughout the team.
The ideal candidate must have proven success with a growing multi-site luxury environment with an emphasis on retail sales and marketing within the jewellery and watch sector. They should be able to demonstrate strong commercial abilities and negotiating skills and success of working within a fast paced changing environment.
