A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become the General Manager of a highly successful destination restaurant in the heart of Mayfair that is owned by a world renowned chef.
The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves highly contemporary cuisine in a relaxed and informal environment.
As the General Manager you will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of running a fast paced operation that can serve over 350 covers a day. You will be managing a team of over forty staff, you will ensure that the team is well trained and motivated consistently delivering the informed and friendly service the restaurant is famed for.
Working alongside the Operations Director for the group you will also be responsible for refining standard operating procedures and running all back of house aspects of the business as well as driving sales forward.

THE RIGHT GENERAL MANAGER
Ideally your background will be in high-end restaurants with an emphasis on quality products & premium service, Candidates must have an outgoing personality and a high standard of professionalism – excellent standards of personal presentation and ability to inspire a large team and be able to demand high standards. People focused – with experience of standards training and coaching, Confident communicator.
- You will also have at least three years’ experience in a busy high-end London restaurant at a General Manager level and a enjoy working on the floor and dealing with customers.
- The ability to govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here.
