On behalf of a successful beauty retailer we are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to manage one of their luxury brands. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the area sales targets and objectives are achieved through the management and development of accounts and in store staff.
The ideal candidate will analyse the business by line in each store and manage stock levels to ensure the mix and levels of stock are correct to achieve sales growth. You will be responsible for motivating, training and directing the brands consultants and visiting stores on a regular basis. You will oversee visual merchandising and event opportunities in all sites within your area.
Candidates should have experience within an area sales role within beauty, preferably with a luxury brand. The ideal applicant must be driven, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and a good communicator. You should be able to display good leadership skills and be a confident negotiator.
